The Experience

What is OMNIA and what can I expect from the immersive experience? 
OMNIA is an 1100 m2 immersive art experience by the Danish visual artist Mikael B. 

Experience Mikael’s art style transformed into living worlds you can walk through by floor-to-ceiling projection, mirror installations, sound and light. 

Where is the experience located?
The experience is located at The Plant, Raffinaderivej 22, 2300 Copenhagen. 

Can I get to the venue by public transport? 
Yes, you can easily get to the venue by public transportation, using either the bus or the metro. 

Is there parking available?
Yes, there is paid parking available at our venue. The parking lot at The Plant is managed daily by Q-Park and requires payment. Failure to do so will result in a parking fine. Use either the EasyPark app to pay for parking or pay at the parking machine on site.

How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approx. 60-90 minutes. 

Is the experience suitable for children?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 4 years old will be allowed in for free.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No, we do not offer food and beverages for purchase. 

Does the experience include Virtual Reality? 
No, this experience does not include Virtual Reality.

Is there a set storyline for the exhibition? 
You’re free to explore the show at your own pace. However, we recommend following the rooms in the suggested order for the best experience.

Will there be an audio guide?
No.

Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be a merchandise shop at the venue where you can buy limited-edition prints, collectibles and merchandise. 

Tickets and Booking

Where can I get tickets?
You can purchase tickets on our website.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a possibility to buy tickets directly at the door. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the venue, so we highly recommend you book your tickets online in advance in order to guarantee you can enter the experience at your arrival.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket up to 24 hours before your booked time over the billetto App. Find a guide here

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you can show the ticket in a digital format or printed out when you arrive. You can find your ticket in the confirmation email you received after purchasing the ticket or in the billetto App under “Wallet” (available on AppStore and GooglePlay).

I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
Please make sure to also check your spam folder for the order confirmation. You can also find your ticket(s) in the billetto app under “Wallet”. If you don’t have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play and create an account using the welcome email you received from billetto when you purchased your tickets.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot and cannot be changed or refunded. 

If you’re unsure about your exact visit time, we recommend buying a Flex-Ticket add-on to your ticket, which allows entry at any time during your chosen day. Please review our Terms & Conditions for full details before purchasing.

Do you offer group bookings?
For groups under 25 people, you can buy tickets directly through our ticket sales system. For special requests or larger groups over 25 people, please contact us directly under info@mikael-b.com

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my booked timeslot?
Please arrive at the start time stated on your ticket. However, we offer a grace period of 15 minutes.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at our immersive experience. But we do welcome service animals.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Most areas of the exhibition are wheelchair accessible. However, please note that one room includes a step, and for safety reasons, wheelchairs and strollers cannot enter that space. We will provide signage at the entrance to this room. Additionally, the toilets on-site are not wheelchair accessible.

Our team will be happy to assist you with any questions during your visit.

Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes. If you require assistance during your visit, simply present proof of eligibility for a carer ticket at the entrance, and your accompanying carer will be admitted free of charge.

Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired visitors?
Deaf visitors can enjoy the exhibition as it is primarily visual, though some elements may be limited. We do not recommend this event for visually impaired visitors, as much of the experience relies on visual content.

Are there strobe lights, loud sounds, or sudden effects?
This event won’t include strobe lights, loud sounds or sudden effects. 

Is the experience suitable for people with sensory sensitivities (e.g., light, sound, darkness)?
We recommend visiting our website to get an impression of whether the experience is suitable for your specific needs. You are also always welcome to contact us directly at info@mikael-b.com. 

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats in the entrance area for you to have a break.

Will restrooms be available on site?
There are restrooms on site. 

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes! We’d love for you to capture and share your experience. Feel free to take photos and short recordings, but please keep your flashlight off and be mindful not to disturb other visitors. Professional equipment, tripods, and extensive filming are not permitted.

Is there a Lost & Found at the venue? 
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us at info@mikael-b.com

Is a coat check available?
We provide a self-service coat rack where you can leave your jacket. Please note that this is not a staffed cloakroom and items are left at your own responsibility.
