Billetto is the provider of the ticketing system through which the Organizer can sell tickets to customers (hereafter referred to as the Customer). Billetto provides the technical platform, while the Organizer has full responsibility for the event. Billetto is therefore not responsible for the content of the event, its execution, or any losses associated with it.
Questions regarding the event should be directed to the Organizer using the contact information above.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY WHEN PLACING AN ORDER
Tickets are sold by Mikael B. (hereafter the Organizer):
– The Customer must ensure that the shopping basket contains the correct items before completing the order.
– The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided contact and payment details are correct.
– The Customer must contact Customer Service in due time if the confirmation email is not received.
– The Customer can always access their purchase by contacting Billetto.
Note – There is no right of withdrawal for tickets to OMNIA according to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, subsection 2, as this is a leisure/cultural event taking place on a specific date, see also below.
Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Mikael B’s policy for handling personal information.
Prices and Promotions
All ticket prices are stated as total amounts including VAT and fees. Any price changes do not affect already completed ticket purchases. Promotions and discount codes may be time-limited and can be canceled in case of misuse.
Ticket Gift Cards
Ticket gift cards are valid only for the purchase of tickets with the Organizer and Billetto and cannot be used to purchase other products on dk.mikael-b.com. Ticket gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue and can also be used for other events on Billetto.
Payment
The Organizer accepts the following payment methods: VISA, Dankort, MasterCard, and MobilePay.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
There is no right of withdrawal for tickets to OMNIA according to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, subsection 2, as this is a leisure/cultural event taking place on a specific date.
However, the purchase of tickets is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
If no agreement is reached, consumers may submit a complaint to:
– Nævnenes Hus, the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints (www.naevneneshus.dk).
– Consumers in other EU countries may submit complaints via the EU’s online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
Cancelled Event / Refunds
If the event is cancelled, the Organizer will refund the ticket price or offer an exchange to another event. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Claims expire according to general legal rules.
Fees paid in connection with the ticket purchase will not be refunded in the case of a cancelled event.
Extraordinary Circumstances (Force Majeure)
The Organizer is not responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including – but not limited to – fire, war (including hybrid warfare), terrorism, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, natural disasters, or government orders.
If such circumstances necessitate cancellation, the ticket will be refunded in accordance with the terms above. However, any other expenses related to attending the event will not be reimbursed.
In the event of interruption or significant changes after the event has begun, any refund or proportional reduction may depend on the specific circumstances.
Ticket Cancellation
The Organizer may cancel orders and/or block tickets in cases of misuse, e.g., speculative resale or fraud. Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser.
